Chinatown Visitor Centre
The Singapore Tourism Board has recently changed the information logo 
(i-logo) for all the visitor centres in Singapore. 

As such, Chinatown Visitor Centre has added a new lightbox together with the 
i-logo for clearer directions to the visitor centre.

We will be giving away free balloons monthly in conjunction with our Wireless@Chinatown Awareness Program! Our balloons now come in a variety of bright colours, and we will be giving them out along Sago Street on both 
13th and 14th December, Saturday and Sunday.

The TinTin Shop Grand Opening

CBA extends a heartfelt congratulations to The TinTin Shop on their grand opening and a new look on 28th November last Friday. Coincidentally, The TinTin Shop is also located on 28 Pagoda Street!
The Secretary of State for Foreign Trade & Investments for Brussels was the invited Guest of Honour for the Grand Opening Ceremony.

With their newly opened store at 28 Pagoda Street, The TinTin Shop is hoping to anchor themselves in Chinatown even more - in hope of promoting the TINTIN brand along with attracting many locals and tourists to our lovely Chinatown! Drop by for a visit today!

Festive Greetings

The Dongzhi Festival (or Winter Solstice Festival) is one of the festivals celebrated by the Chinese, and is a time for families to get together. The making and eating of glutinous rice balls (汤圆) is symbolic for this festival as it represents a family reunion
(团圆). This year, the festival falls on December 21, and CBA wishes everyone a happy Winter Solstice and a happy reunion with your families!
