Burning Bins Placement during 7th Month Festival
Dear members,
There will be 4 burning bins allocated within the streets of Chinatown from 14th August 2015 to 12th September 2015 for the public to burn their paper offerings. Please be reminded that burning of joss papers etc. on walkways, drain gratings, or any common areas (i.e. on the streets) is prohibited. The designated areas with burning bin are:
Back alley of 6 Sago Street
Back alley of Trengganu Street
Back alley of 39 Smith Street
Security Post behind Smith Street Standalone 2, next to Chinatown Complex
