Fire Walking Ceremony 2017

Sri Mariamman Temple will be organizing the Annual Fire Walking Ceremony 2017 on 08 October 2017 from 1800 hrs to 0700 hrs the following day.

Road closure details will be updated once it has been availed by Sri Mariamman Temple.

Skillsfuture for Digital Workplace Workshop

Singapore Institute of Retail Studies (SIRS) is conducting a 2-day workshop hoping to equip retail professions with up-to-date retail technology and digital knowledge. You can either choose to attend English session on 25-26 Sept 2017 or Mandarin session on 04-05 Oct 2017 at the cost of $50 per pax (Singaporean and PR only).

Annual General Meeting 2017

Chinatown Business Association held its 18th Annual General Meeting on the 12th September 2017 at Fatty Weng Restaurant.

Since early 2017, Chinatown Visitor Centre has been offering WeChat Pay as a payment mode to China tourists. WeChat pay is a cashless payment solution seamlessly integrated within the social and messaging application of Tencent.
We understand that WeChat is very popular among China tourists.
