Thian Hock Kheng Temple By bendebou
Thian Hock Keng Temple is on Telok Ayer Street in Chinatown. The temple of heavenly happiness is the oldest temple in Singapore built between 1839 and 1840 by Hokkien immigrants from China. It is dedicated to Ma Zhu Po, the Taoist goddess of the sea dragons which represent the principles of yin and yang.
